Booking conditions of "Classic Apartments" in Ortisei Val Gardena

Booking
Reservations can only be made in writing. With the written booking, guests explicitly declare to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
Deposit
Deposit payments (approx. 30% of the total price) must be paid within 3 days of the booking. We will send you our bank details with your booking confirmation. The reservation is valid only after receipt of the copy of the payment of the deposit. By paying the deposit, the general conditions - especially the cancellation conditions - are held as fully understood and legally accepted. Italian civil law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
Check-In
On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 2pm. Please contact us 2 days before your arrival by e-mail to let us know your expected arrival time. If you arrive after 6 pm, please notify us in any case.
Payment
We ask you to pay the outstanding payment of your stay in cash on the day of arrival. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit or debit cards.
Check-Out
Apartments must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. Please organize your departure so that you can leave without stress and with pleasant memories of your stay in our apartment.
Ahead of your departure a check is made of the integrity of the apartment. In case of damage to property, the renter is liable. The final cleaning is normally included in the price. In case of disproportionate condition of the apartment, a cleaning fee of € 60,00 will be charged on departure.
Cancellation
As required by the Consumer Association, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Cancellation fees will also be charged if you arrive late, leave early or in case of no-show on arrival.
The deposit will be withheld up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total price will be calculated. From 1 month to the day before arrival and in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be calculated.
Please note
The cancellation declaration must reach us in written form and be confirmed by us in writing within the time-frames indicated above. We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy immediately after booking your stay: this should cover any cancellation fees and will enable you to look forward to your holiday without any concerns. Please note that in case of cancellation, any cancellation fees can be offset with the deposit paid.
